Welcome to SupremeIV. By booking our IV therapy services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Scope: SupremeIV provides IV therapy at home in Dubai. Our services are administered by licensed healthcare professionals in compliance with local regulations.
Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made through our official channels. Payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
Health Disclaimer: IV therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information during consultations. SupremeIV is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or inaccurate information.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the service.
Liability: SupremeIV is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services unless caused by our negligence.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for service provision.
